Morgan Tanner has been a practitioner of project-based engagement and consultation for over a decade. She is highly experienced in Indigenous engagement and consultation, stakeholder engagement, public consultation, stakeholder relations, strategic planning, project management, and smaller-scale project-based negotiations.
Morgan leads highly successful engagement and consultation teams through permitting processes regulated by the British Columbia Environmental Assessment Office, the Canadian Impact Assessment Agency, the Vancouver Fraser Port Authority, and the Canadian Transportation Agency. She has also led engagement programs under Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Transport Canada, BC’s Ministry of Forests, Lands, Natural Resource Operations and Rural Development, and has experience working with crown corporations including BC Hydro. Morgan remains at the top of her field by staying up-to date on the ever-changing legal landscape in Indigenous engagement and consultation as well as permitting requirements.
Morgan’s strengths are enhanced by her ability to problem solve through innovative approaches and creative solutions.
