Elyse MacDonald has been a skilled and highly respected environmental professional since 2001. She brings vital experience in several sectors and technical disciplines to the table to help clients navigate permitting requirements and efficiently implement solutions in a variety of projects. Her experience includes aquatic and terrestrial ecology, environmental permitting and approvals, and erosion and sediment control. Elyse has developed her technical and project management skills experience through involvement in projects across western and northern Canada and across a range of sectors including; renewable energy, mining, transportation, infrastructure development, and oil and gas. Elyse also has specialized training and expertise in the planning and implementation of sediment and erosion control practices as a CPESC, which coupled with deep experience with Environmental Monitoring projects allows her to strategically write and implement Management Plans that make sense for all parties involved. Elyse sits on the Board of Directors for the Alberta Erosion Control Association, and the Canadian Chapter of the International Erosion Control Association.
Elyse leads the EPE group in Calgary and is the Construction Services Lead for Alberta and the NWT. Her experience leading projects in a variety of disciplines and sectors enables her to lead multi-disciplinary teams and present findings in a relevant manner to clients or the public.
