We will provide assistance in obtaining and renewing licenses and registrations, and we’ll help Hemmera people in achieving qualifications and certifications in job-related specialty areas. Hemmera also celebrates employees achieving a new designation with a minimum $500 designation bonus.
Professional Training, Development and Events
In support of ongoing training and development, Hemmera provides funds for staff to attend work-related skills training, personal development events and conferences. Some financial assistance may also provided for employees going back to school to complete a degree.
Professional Dues and Association Memberships
We encourage Hemmera people to join job-related professional societies in their respective fields, and to participate in the activities of professional societies, particularly in leadership roles. The company will reimburse permanent employees for one annual professional association membership.
