Water Quality Management

Water resources are a growing concern, with quality issues arising due to drought, contamination, flooding and other challenges. Water quality management is an essential component in many contexts, such as project development, remediation and historical contamination. At Hemmera, we have the experience and the breadth of expertise to assess and manage groundwater and aquifer resources, and to provide water quality management plans that support project advancement.

Our water quality experts have contributed to a variety of projects, including resource exploration and development, contaminant hydrogeology and flow modelling, impact assessments of landfills and lagoons. Our water quality team includes hydrogeologists, engineers, geologists and risk assessors, backed by long-standing relationships with drilling subcontractors. We are effective project managers, with a track record of success for a variety of clients including municipal, regional, provincial and federal governments, homeowners, land developers, agricultural and industry sectors, including commercial, oil and gas, mining, forestry, and chemical and manufacturing sectors.

We understand environmental compliance requirements and regulatory expectations, and we are skilled at effectively addressing the issues that are most critical to regulators.
