Hemmera has an experienced and responsive Geomatics team which provides GIS and CAD services for external clients and internal Hemmera project teams. We offer geomatic services in a diverse range of applications including web-based mapping; CAD to GIS data conversion; database design & programming; property & civil drafting; and contamination mapping.
Team members with experience in public and private sector are capable of the design and implementation of web-based mapping applications, spatial data exchange, and comprehensive CAD to GIS web data conversion projects. Through project experience, the Geomatics team is knowledgeable of provincial regulations such as the BC Contaminated Sites Regulation (CSR), and federal guidelines, including the Canadian Council of Ministers for the Environment (CCME) Canadian Environmental Quality Guidelines, BC Environmental Assessment Act (BCEAA) and the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act (CEAA).
