HEMMERA ENERGY Hemmera Energy, a division of Hemmera, provides energy engineering, science, and management services to support the reliable and cost-effective application of renewable energy technologies. A focus area for Hemmera Energy is the application of ground-source heat pump (GSHP) technology, also known as geoexchange technology, and hybrid combinations of other renewable energy systems with GSHP. With extensive experience managing "below ground surface" construction, and working relationships with a wide range of civil construction, drilling, and other service contractors, Hemmera project managers and construction managers have appropriate skills for adding value to GSHP installations, containing ground loop installation costs, and maintaining quality of installation. GSHP Ground Loop Services Hemmera Energy provides the following services for design and installation of GSHP ground loops: Site investigation and analysis, including thermal conductivity testing   Site-specific ground loop optimization   Ground loop design   Project management   Installation quality assurance / quality control monitoring   Construction Management   Management of environmental issues associated with GSHP applications Service Delivery Formats GSHP systems inherently consist of two elements - energy collection system (ground loop outside the building) and heating distribution system (HVAC system inside the building). Although Hemmera Energy provides services limited to the energy collection system, we maintain working relationships with external mechanical engineering consultants, HVAC contractors, and energy analysts to provide more comprehensive services on a project-by-project basis. We also seek to foster opportunities on a case-by-case basis with local mechanical engineers and contractors to serve the best interests of individual projects. Hemmera Energy provides services in the following formats: Limited-scope services (i.e., site investigation, ground loop design).   Comprehensive-scope ground loop services including project and construction management.   Turnkey total system delivery (collection + distribution systems) with an assembled team of external partners.
